When we arrived, the Buck was pretty packed in the main bar with people starting to trickle into the side room where the contest would unfold. The Silver Dollar Saloon & Brick Co. is located right on Main Street in Menomonie and somehow we found ourselves with a premium parking spot right across the street from the bar.

Round 2 Swimsuit Competition
This evening's contest was evidently the most difficult one for the judges. Though there were only three contestants to choose from it seemed to be extremely difficult for our judges to decide which one would be deemed the winner and Miss May for the 2009 Carp Calendar! Finally, after minutes of debate, they were able to reach a verdict. Here's how it all played out:
There was definitely a lot of discussion to be had during the second round of the contest. Wouldn't you say? In the end it would be Bridget who would come out on top to be crowned Miss May for the 2009 Carp Calendar - Congrats!

Reminder: Thursday, June 26th, the Carp Calendar Cutie Contest takes place at Loopy's which is located just west of Chippewa Falls on State HWY 29. Hopefully there will be a much larger turnout that will include some of the girls from previous weeks + more new talent!
